1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Office Global, a company of the Consulting-Netline Group ("we", "us"), handles information in connection with this website and our services. Our offers are directed exclusively at business customers (B2B); the governing law is agreed in the respective contract (see Terms, Sec. 10).

2. Information We Collect

Server logs. When you visit this website, our web server automatically records technical access data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, HTTP status code, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. We use this data solely to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Log files are deleted after [e.g. 14 days] unless a security incident requires longer retention.

E-mail contact. If you contact us by e-mail, we process the information you provide (e-mail address, name, message content) solely to respond to your inquiry and to perform our services.

Billing data. Invoicing is handled under a sales-factoring arrangement by a billing partner, which is named in the respective contract. For this purpose, the data required for invoicing (name, address, service and invoice data) is shared with the contractually named billing partner in the United States.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

This website uses no cookies and no analytics, tracking or advertising services. Your language selection (DE/EN) and the dismissal of the notice banner are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) only; this information is never transmitted to us or to any third party. You can delete these entries at any time using your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

This website does not embed any external resources (no font, map or video services, no CDNs). We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Sharing

We share information only with: (a) our hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf: [HOSTING PROVIDER, address]; and (b) the billing partner named in the respective contract, for billing purposes as described above. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Your Choices

You may contact us at any time at office@office-global.de to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version published on this website applies.
